Seagate FreeAgent Go now comes in Christmas colors

November 21, 2008

Seagate FreeAgent Go portable hard drive I can almost feel it’s Christmas. I got an early Christmas gift from my husband in the form of an iPhone, I often hear Christmas tunes, and see Christmas trees being put up. And Seagate wishes every one a Merry Christmas with their portable HDs in an array of colors.

You can choose from gold, green, pink, red, black, silver, blue, light blue, orange, and yellow. If you’re a rich geek, you could get all colors and hang them on your Christmas tree to give away this holiday.

Starting November 28, the Seagate FreeAgent Go will be available until the New Year. Portable HDDs will come in 500GB, 320GB, and 250GB capacities with prices ranging between $119.99 and $119.99.

The pair comes equipped with a smaller driver as compared to its predecessor, the HFI-580. Though cheaper, initial review by CrunchGear says that quality has decreased.

Roll-up Mouse Pad: Not just another mouse pad, my friend

November 21, 2008

Roll-up Mouse Pad It’s not often that we see innovative mouse pads being introduced so when one is made available, we give it our full attention. Such in the case of the Roll-up Mouse Pad. It’s not a simple mousepad that saves space because it rolls but it comes with USB ports to charge or play your iPod.

Sweet eh? It comes complete with speakers, a 3.5mm jack aside from the 4-port USB hub. This $22 mousepad may not look good but at least it can do more than just provide your mouse a smooth surface to glide on.
