
Mypressi has recently launched their TWIST Portable Espresso Maker which was actually named as the Best New Product by the Specialty Coffee Association of America for the year 2009/2010. Obviously, this makes the best espresso simply by “twisting”. Actually, you don’t really twist, you just pull the trigger after closing the lid and pouring hot water so extracting espresso is smoother and cleaner.

German cooking equipment manufacturer ADE figured we like music in our kitchen so they decided to come up with a kitchen scale with an iPod dock.
The weighing device, which is curiously named “Rihanna,” includes an LCD that measures 1.7 inches by less than an inch, an integrated iPod speaker that plays beneath the glass measuring area and can handle weighing loads of up to 11 pounds, graduated in .04-ounce steps.
Unfortunately, the device has nothing to do with the artist with the same name.
