Micro Task Light: LED brings light while you’re reading
November 21, 2008
The LED Micro Task Light is something I wish I had back when I was spending more time on books than I’d actually socialize with people. Because I loved reading without proper lighting when I was a kid, now I’ve got a blurry vision enabling me not to drive without my glasses or contact lenses on.
The Micro Task Light is a simple device that clips onto the monitor, laptop, or book. It consists of four LED lights as well as an easy-rotate hold. Three AAA batteries will be able to give power to the device for 4,166 days.
The $12 Micro Task Light is available for only $12.

eStarling Impact7 Photo Frame: $99 WiFi frame has no impact
November 21, 2008
eStarling’s entry to the digital photo frame arena doesn’t make quite an impact even if it’s called the Impact7. For me, it’s just like any ordinary photo frame with WiFi and 7-inch LCD frame.
But good news is, the Impact7 shows good display quality even if it’s cheap at only $99. Other specs of the digi frame include 256 internal memory, USB port, and memory card reader.

Seagate FreeAgent Go now comes in Christmas colors
November 21, 2008
I can almost feel it’s Christmas. I got an early Christmas gift from my husband in the form of an iPhone, I often hear Christmas tunes, and see Christmas trees being put up. And Seagate wishes every one a Merry Christmas with their portable HDs in an array of colors.
You can choose from gold, green, pink, red, black, silver, blue, light blue, orange, and yellow. If you’re a rich geek, you could get all colors and hang them on your Christmas tree to give away this holiday.
Starting November 28, the Seagate FreeAgent Go will be available until the New Year. Portable HDDs will come in 500GB, 320GB, and 250GB capacities with prices ranging between $119.99 and $119.99.

Oakley Roddler Stroller: All I can say is it’s expensive…
November 21, 2008
After the Carbon Fiber Car Seat, here’s another baby transpo tough mommies and daddies might want to consider getting: the Oakley Roddler stroller. This stroller looks like something from a bootcamp but hey, your baby can’t be too young to learn how to become a tough guy.
As early as now, teach him to be courageous by rolling out in style. Okay, that doesn’t make sense but with this stroller from Oakley, you’re teaching your kid to spend lotsa cash. Why? Because this one is expensive.

Multitool-and-cam-in-one: Looks like a Swiss knife, shoots like a camera…
November 21, 2008
Europen Noel Pemberton Billing spent two years of his life to make this device which is a combination of a multitool and a camera. Lord Billing, a British inventor and aviator, must be so creative to think about this thing. I have no idea what it’s called but apparently, it is currently sold for a hefty $2,000 for the original 30 pounds sterling price.

Demy Digital Recipe Reader: Grandmommy can get hi-tech too you know…
November 21, 2008
The Demy Digital Recipe Reader could be something the newlyweds would appreciate. You see, it’s ideal for those geeky ladies who love to cook or want to learn how to whip up a dish or two.
Sure, old school recipe books may be enough but using just your touch to flip on the e-pages is a better experience. I’m reminded of the Pandigital Kitchen HDTV/Digital Cookbook/Digital Photo Frame and the miBook PDA but this touchscreen gadget from Neiman Marcus spells classy iPhone-ish treat.
It’s quite expensive at $300 but at least moms and even grandmoms could say they’ve gone techie too even if it only works as a recipe reader and a photo viewer.

Touchscreen + QWERTY + mini-notebook = iCEphone!
November 20, 2008
Touchscreen phones are in nowadays but there’s still the QWERTY keyboards that either slide or attach. But the iCEphone is very much different. Why, it’s a three-fold mobile phone that looks weird but could actually work for some people.

Fantalog Interactive’s is a blow-on-it camera phone, nice but not really important
November 20, 2008
This device from Fantalog Interactive isn’t your ordinary camera phone. For one, the design looks weird you’d think it’s something from the future or from the Jetsons movie. Instead of pressing a button to take a photo, the user only needs to blow on it. Not exactly a new idea since there’s the iPhone with the Ocarina flute app. Read more
Sonic Gaming Chair is oh so last century…
November 20, 2008
The Sonic Gaming Chair looks like something the kids would love to sit on. But the thing is, Sonic The Hedgehog character is oh so last decade.
I mean, I remember the cartoon character from my childhood when my brother was playing with a Nintendo video game but never heard about it until now. Makers of this Reactor Mini Gaming Chair could have at least chosen Super Mario or Pac-Man to sell. There is no mention of the specs but this one costs $69.99.
