Photo Frame Skull Belt Buckle: Goth buckle plays some media stuff
November 21, 2008
The Photo Frame Skull Belt Buckle is ideal for those who like all things ‘dark’. By dark I mean not all black but those like goth, evil,or scary stuff. The skull is one icon I don’t like because it creeps me out but this shiny Skull Belt Buckle looks okay. Just okay.
I am so hard to please that even if the flashing LED light panel, 1GB storage capacity, and MP3 and video playback capabilities don’t impress me. I like the photo frame feature though since I love to check old photos when I’m bored. But then again, how can I do that when I’m wearing the digital belt buckle.

HFI-15G Headphones: Better form but poorer audio quality
November 21, 2008
You can say that the new HFI-15G headphones could just be another addition to our long list of headphones but this $109 pair allows sound and air to pass through. The headphones are open-back, featureing S-Logic surround sound technique.
The pair comes equipped with a smaller driver as compared to its predecessor, the HFI-580. Though cheaper, initial review by CrunchGear says that quality has decreased.

Gadget 3.0: iPod Shuffle Bracelet is absolutely eyecandy
November 20, 2008
Gadget concepts, though not true, keep me alive. Reading and just dreaming about them, wondering when they will ever come to existence are enough to keep me breathing. Naaah, it’s just an exaggeration but really, concepts and mods that try to break away from the norm can be a treat to my eyes. Read more

November 20, 2008
Remember the iPod Nano TV? While it looks retro, this Video iPod Holder with Magnifier looks too dorky. The black leather should have done justice to this accessory but to no avail. Read more

Sharp shows off two new AQUOS photo players

Sharp recently launched their new photo players, the HN-PP100 and HN-PP150. These are just photo players so don’t expect excellent video ‘projecting’ capabilities.
Both AQUOS devices come equipped with Infrared receiver so you could send your photos directly to the players. You can also find an HDMI output on each player. The HN-PP150 model though can store photos as well.

Starbucks Coffee Cup Speakers: A cup of coffee speaker coming up!
November 19, 2008
You may think this is one funny post but here I am at Starbucks writing about the Starbucks Coffee Cup Speakers. The popular coffee shop isn’t paying me to do this but the coffee cups turned speakers look nice. Why, they can be considered as eco-friendly because paper cups were used.
I don’t know if the cups are new or used but who cares? The speakers are really functional and are easy to make. Simply use a TDA1552Q amplifier chip and a couple or more coffee cups from Starbucks or from any cafe of your choice. It’s a simple as that. Thing is, I might always crave for a venti Starbucks Mocha Frap when I’ve got two coffee speakers lying on my desktop PC. And I’m not even a coffee addict…at least not yet.

The I-Dog Soft Speaker isn’t an animal robot that can do tricks but this one is just a cute speaker. Doggie speaker is soft and cuddly you’d want to bring with you to sleep.
Features of the I-Dog include LED lights on the face. It has ears that wiggle to the music. Actually, it’s the 2nd version already but this one here is more advanced obviously.
I-Dog Soft Speaker costs only $34.99

SpongeBob SquarePants: Speaker’s eyeballs wiggle to the music
November 19, 2008
I’ve lost count of how many iPod docks we’ve already featured but the SpongeBob SquarePants Eyeball Speaker Dock is soooo cute! Well, some people may find this scary because the eyeballs are actually detachable but fans of the cartoon show may think otherwise.
This speaker dock is actually soft. The eyeballs may wobble while you play music for that fun, cuteness factor.
The $39.99 speaker dock is currently available from the Nickelodeon Shop. Not bad for a speaker system. So, who among you here thinks that this one is cute? How about scary?
