So with the launch of the Google Wave around the corner, more likely in a bit, what do you think? Will the company survive all the hype and meet consumer expectations? Or will it have a severe backlash with people feeling their expectations have not been met? We don’t know. But as is the case with high risk projects like these, either is possible.

The biggest problem is that Google is hoping to do so much with this application, claiming it to revolutionise virtual communication and waiting to see what people and developers in general make out of it, that it can seem like a very cluttered, overwhelming experience at first.

But those who know how things like these work, will know that the Wave definitely has a lot to look forward to in the future, after ironing out some minor crumples. I am still super-excited about it’s launch, are you? Oh, I bet you are!
