GSMA MWC 2009: Samsung planning to drop 8 new handsets next week
Rumor has it that Samsung will be launching eight new handsets at the Mobile World Congress in Spain. We’re expecting a new TouchWiz UI but a new product lineup seems more exciting. Well, that is, if you’re a fan of Samsung.
Phones that will might be unveiled are all mid-range handset so don’t expect any possible iPhone killer. Here’s a rundown of Samsung phones that we could probably see at the MWC next week:
Samsung S5050. Quadband Edge, 2.2-inch OLED QVGA display, Bluetooth 2.0, FM Radio, and MicroSD support up to 8GB.
Samsung S3310. QVGA Display, GSM/EDGE, Bluetooth 2.1,FM Radio,2mp camera with 30FPS video recording, and MicroSD support up to 8Gb.
Samsung E2210. 1.77″ internal screen,Quadband EDGE/GSM, and VGA camera.
Samsung E1360. Dualband GSM/GPRS connectivity (900 / 1800 MHz), 128×160 Screen, and FM Radio.
Samsung E1210. Dualband GSM/GPRS connectivity (900 / 1800 MHz),FM Radio, and 1.7″ screen, 122×160 screen.
Samsung C5212. Dual-sim support, Quadband GSM/EDGE, Bluetooth 2.0, Stereo Bluetooth, 1.3mp camera, microSD up to 4GB, and 97.5 x 55 x 16.3 mm.
Samsung E1125. Dualband GSM connectivity (900 / 1800 MHz), FM Radio, and 128×128 CSTN display.
