R2D2 Backpack: Too geeky, too cute for the kids

Maybe I mentioned that I’m a Star Wars fan but I’m not too geeky to have something like R2D2 to hang in my back as a bag. It’s cute though considering it’s the famous R2 robot I’ve grown to love.
Th $65 R2-D2 Backpack backpack is cute but it isn’t something adults like me would bring when going out. Or maybe, some adults would do. The geeks and childish ones perhaps?
As for me, I’m thinking hard whether to give such to my little cousins and nephew this coming Christmas. What do you think?
