Veggie Oil based Merc C63 AMG…(too be announced)

People at Mercedes, definitely took a peek on the other side at the Detroit Motor Show and found the grass was greener on the other side with the Audi R8 TDI with 500 horsepower. AMG has plans … They have plans to make a C63 to counter the M3, which they already have but this time with a Diesel version of the bad boy. The AMG people make their engines with High Torque, on which they have to put limits with microprocessors to match the limitations of the tires and differentials. In the world of alternative fuels and the efficiency of diesels the Audi R8 TDI is a benchmark with a 500 horsepower V-12 and sets a standard on which the AMG can work further. On the other hand BMW is planning to launch two diesel versions of the 3-series and X-5 in the U.S., the Mercs should not be left behind. As the rumor goes the project is picked by the people at AMG, so they are definitely not playing with small numbers, as it is the performance division. As more rumors murmur on our ends evolve, its time for the AMGs to get to work. Make that screamer of an engine… we are anxiously waiting. How about at least a 550 HP? I hope its not too much.
